Panakes Partners, the leading Italian venture capital firm specializing in early-growth stage investments in the life sciences, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Michela Barcella as its new Network and Portfolio Talent Advisor. This close collaboration reflects Panakes' deep strategic commitment to fostering innovation and supporting the growth of its portfolio companies, by focusing on the important human aspects.

With a proven track record in talent recruitment and a deep understanding of the healthcare and startup landscape, Michela brings a wealth of experience to Panakes. This appointment aligns perfectly with the firm's mission to support the brightest and most promising startups in their route to become successful companies.

Michela has accumulated over 15 years of complementary experience in both Healthcare and Lifesciences as a Strategic Consultant working in Milano, Boston and Paris, and also as head-hunter with worldwide reach, focussed on talent acquisition, talent development, and strategic HR management. Her extensive background includes a strong portfolio of successful talent placements as well as mentoring and training. Since 2020, she’s also been directing the Executive Master in management and Innovation of Lifesciences, MAMIL, at H-FARM College.
