Mentype® DIPplex i a multiplex application for the amplification of 30 DIPs (deletion/insertion polymorphisms). In one PCR reaction, 30 biallelic DIPs are amplified simultaneously. Furthermore, Amelogenin (AM) is included for sex determination.
