Co-marketing and branding relationship leverages companies' existing synergies, focuses on delivering increased customer options and accessibility to latest technologies; first combined product catalogue available.


Sartorius Stedim Biotech (Euronext: DIM) and Corning Incorporated (NYSE: GLW), both leading international suppliers to the pharma and biotech industries, today announced a co-marketing and branding collaboration. The companies intend to leverage existing synergies to co-market a full range of cell culture products through a combined product catalogue and work together on numerous marketing and sales initiatives. Additionally, the companies are exploring best options and approaches for future research and development (R&D) efforts and joint product development.

The collaboration will build off the companies' existing relationship and will take effect immediately. A combined cell culture product catalogue for North America is already available, with additional regional catalogues to follow soon after.
