Ellab announces that IK Investment Partners and EQT have entered into an agreement to transfer the ownership of Ellab.

Today, Ellab announces that IK Investment Partners and EQT have entered into an agreement to transfer the ownership of Ellab.

Ellab’s management is very excited about the transaction and is looking forward to continuing on the next chapter in the Ellab story.

Financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory conditions and approvals and it expected to be completed within the next two months.
