Design your antigens in silico for diagnostic assays and vaccine components.

Southampton (UK), February 24, 2021 – Aptum Biologics Ltd, an award winning Bioinformatics company, has released a renewed version of its unique EpiQuest Suite – a set of tools to analyse proteins and define the immunogenic and immunodominant domains of the molecules.

A new version allows the user to perform several assays in one job, predicting antigenic and immunogenic regions, their uniqueness and suitability as antigens to develop antibodies or immune assays, or to include into combination vaccine antigens.

Users will definitely appreciate and benefit from the new detailed set of manuals and guides for every program, improved graphics and options to export the results into other programs, data files and databases.

The program will be beneficial for every researcher and company designing antibodies, diagnostic assays (for antibody or antigen), creating new vaccines.

The Suite is available by annual subscription for individual research groups, academic institutions, as well as for commercial use by Biotech and Pharma companies. The demo is accessible via our site, www.epiquest.co.uk.

“Last year, with the biotech community focused on development of the Covid-19 diagnostic kits and vaccines, has demonstrated a need for accurate and effective tools for finding and selecting the fragments of virus (or other infectious agent) suitable for assays and for eliciting specific, strong and lasting immune response. We are happy that we could contribute to this work, and expect that our tools will further streamline the process of assay and vaccine development” said the CEO and the author of EpiQuest core algorithms Dr. Sergey Litivnov.
