Replimune Group, Inc., a biotechnology company developing oncolytic immunotherapies derived from its Immulytic™ platform, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,700,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $15.00 per share for gross proceeds of $100.5 million, before underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by Replimune. In addition, Replimune has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,005,000 additional shares of its common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the shares are being offered by Replimune. Replimune’s common stock has been approved for listing on the Nasdaq Global Select Market and is expected to begin trading under the ticker symbol "REPL" on July 20, 2018. The offering is expected to close on July 24, 2018, subject to customary closing conditions.

J.P. Morgan, Leerink Partners and BMO Capital Markets are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
